Anticipating the Future

Version en españolversão em portugues

It is in the present that we can truly decide the thoughts we feed to express ourselves consequently. When we perceive our mental activity, we connect to the possibility of bringing us back to the present, making our decisions as the foundation of our future of peace, instead of an illusion that leads to anxiety (click here to read about thoughts and emotions).

Our mind wants to rationalize so everything happen as planned, but there’s always an unpredictability factor that leads to mental frustration. This responds to our unconscious construction in which we try to build our confidence from the mind we identify with (click here to read about mental construction).

By understanding that our mind works as an antenna that receives what we tune in to, we can integrate it to our experience as part of the process of construction from our inner peace (click here to read about peaceful mind).

When we evaluate every thought, opinion or idea, and we just give attention to what resonates with our inner peace, we anticipate the future from the construction of our expression of peace, strengthening our confidence in what we sow.
