7 Levels for Personal Empowerment (printable eBook)

Version en español versão em portugues

Trough the process of reconnecting to my inner peace, I’ve come to the conclusion that, in order to manifest the peace we want from the world, it is essential to truly know ourselves so we can potentiate our talents and integrate ourselves to the context in the appropriate measure, hence contributing, in an authentic way, to the construction of a society of integrity.

From the processes I’ve followed, and contributed to, I’ve had the idea of transmitting, in a simplified way, the knowledge I’ve integrated, which I’m and example of, on the printable eBook 7 Levels For Personal Empowerment, that, in approximately 100 pages, integrates practical exercices, moments of personal reflection and an integral perception of our aspects as human beings (mental and emotional worlds integrated to the social context), focusing our energy to develop ourselves as social individuals (click here to read a part of the introduction of the book).

Each chapter is a level that leads us to understand more deeply the connection between our belief system, our emotions, our feelings and our authenticity, in order to integrate everything, the most appropriate way possible, to the integral expression of our essence, hence strengthening our coherence from our heart, our inner peace.

We are the integration of several dimensions, we need to find our appropriate measure to contribute as part of the whole, be grateful, accept and potentiate authenticity in unity.

Solid Example

Version en español

versão em portugues

As human beings, we can perceive the incoherence present when peple don’t know what they want and, even though, they look for a false safety by controlling everything around. This way, different mecanisms to transmit a different image, from the real one, to other people, are acquired and the hipocresy of preaching but not doing is justfied.

All of us can transform ourselves, it’s a decision, there is the possibility of being a different, conscious and whole version of ourselves. This requires a lot of reflection, perception, transparency and exercise of our will, aligned to the purpose of integration and peace. Let’s see some useful aspects to exercise being the example we want from the world:

  1. Transparency: by perceiving the decision we make when we respond, we can understand how we react to transform the way we express ourselves. We can answer with the truth or not answering at all, it is always our decision (click here to read about exercising transparency)

  2. Neutrality: we always have the option to focus on our own process, to build, to work, to nourish ourselves, then, is it necessary to dedicate our time and energy to judge or criticize, positively or nagatively? No, and the time and energy we save is welcome in our personal projects (click here to read about neutrality)

  3. Respect: acceptance and knowledge allow us to learn to respect ourselves from the basics of the nutrition of our body, our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with the world and with others (click here to read about respect).

  4. Coherence: we say that it is important to be coherent, but, are we coherent with what we feel, think, say and do?, remember that coherence is only achieved through integrity and self-knowledge, because the only thing we really want is to build peace from within, to achieve te experience of integration of our truth with the truth of others, aligned to the context. (click here to read about coherence)

By listening, perceiving and integrating ourselves, to everything and everyone, as social individuals, we align ourselves to the peace we all desire, and that can only be experienced in society when we feel it within and learn how to express it (click here to read about peace).

Is it truly from our hearts?

Version en español

versão em portugues

This week, I’ve been focusing my attention on human interactions, of us who want to integrate through love, transparency, respect, integrity and coherence, and I’ve perceived that knowledge and searching for “truth”, can be the foundation of segregation. When we perceive that all the knowledge we own is part of the reality we live (even being imperceptible for someone`s perception system), we can use knowledge integrated to our experience to construct our own wisdom, instead of doing what we are used to do: imposing our truth on others and, then, feel separated victims because they don’t want to listen to what we say.

In every area of our lives as social human beings (scientific, spiritual, religious, politic, etc.), we have transmitted knowledge with a tendency towards polarization that creates conflict, separation and opposition, often based on what people tell us and not on what we experience or live. We use our minds to define if something is good or bad and, from that point, we select information from our emotions, created by our beliefs. The issue comes when we feel something as if it’s real because we feel good and we say that is from our hearts, being unconscious of the fact that is coming from an emotion.

Since we are used to say that everything that makes us feel euphoric comes from the heart, we have ignored that we own emotions which we have classified as “good” that lead us, not to act but to react about situations in life from our personal interest. Everything we feel, think and express, has an impact on what we construct, on evetyhing and everyone around, so, reactions from emotions come from our mind, which is not truly integrated to the whole, on the other hand, actions from our heart come from the feeling of unity using our minds to put it into context, in the most appropriate way possible, from our knowledge and experience integrated (click here to read about connecting ourselves to our hearts)

Everytime we want to discover the origin of the way we feel, think and express ourselves, through words and actions, to understand if they are really from our hearts, we can make ourselves the following questions:

  1. Are we integrating? When we integrate we are focused on integrating and transmitting to construct, if we segregate, then we judge (positively or negatively), compare and blame (click here to read about responsability).

  2. Do we feel at peace? When a decision comes from our hearts we feel peace, if it comes from our minds, and heart misaligned, we feel emotional states such as uneasiness, pain, sadness, euphoria, happiness, anxiety, stress, etc.

  3. Can we express in a transparent way what we decide? When we are capable of finding the appropriate way of expressing our decisions in a respectful and integrative way (click here to read about respect), we are able to put our mind at the disposal of the heart by using transparency (click here to read about transparency).

Our heart always look for integration through coherence, transparency, respect and integrity, this way, our decisions made, based on certainty, construct with the most solid foundation we can create as human beings in the present. Everything that is constructed from a extreme of polarity tends to find its extreme of destruction, therefore, the more integral and aligned to our heart our construction is, more stability it finds to perpetuate itself and continue its evolution through consciousness. Let’s construct from integration and perceive the transformation of all the areas of our lives and our society.

Connecting ourselves to Neutrality

Version en español

versão em portugues

It is a natural process desiring to make decisions from our personal experience, but when we take a long-term observational stance, we discover relevant aspects of construction and destruction that can happen when we make certain decisions.

Neutrality is finding the point of observation where we can question everything we feel, think and express, it is the process to recognize that to construct our peace inside, and manifest it on the outside, it is essential to put the certainty of our heart into action (click here to read about manifesting the truth of our heart). As we are 100% responsible for what happens to us, because we create from our thoughts, feelings and expression, we can understand that by connecting with neutrality we are building from integration, because we can perceive that we are cells that are part of a whole, and that we can transform everything that exists in our society, that continues to generate more of the same.

Let’s analyze the following aspects within our personal construction, to identify the decisions and beliefs that have led us to build the reality we live and, thus, be able to understand the way to connect to the neutrality we want to construct from now on:

  1. We feel circumstances are unfair: it is time to question whether we are being unfair to ourselves or to others, remember that our attitudes in one area of our lives can be manifested in another we give more relevance to, then, let’s analyze all the situations of injustice that we can be exercising, as it would be to act unconsciously and selfishly with people and the environment (click here to read about reflections on relationships).

  2. We feel that there’s no recognition: having the idea of division, judgments and comparisons are present, when we understand that, as cells, each one of us has its talent, and that our real authenticity allows us to function in a complete way, we understand that recognition is something we do within ourselves and that, as we strengthen from neutrality our talents integrated into the context, we learn to recognize that each cell is doing its part, and the idea of external recognition becomes unnecessary. (click here to read about deserving).

  3. We want to stand out: when we are in contributive mode, we understand that to excel to leave a legacy is an attitude of segregation, because for that we become destructive competitive cells, by just thinking about our prominence (think of it as a tumor) and automatically encourage the emergence of people who need someone to follow, because they don’t connect to their own selves. When we contribute, we work on our talents and transmit them to be able to integrate them with the environment we are in, we can change the world by constructing it from contribution (click here to read about constructing peace from consciousness).

  4. We feel we don’t trust ourselves: this feeling exists because we have been used to believing more in others than in ourselves. To transform this, we need to know ourselves and invest our resources in working our talents and integrate them, in a neutral way, to our environment. The more confidence we build in ourselves, the greater the impact of our actions. Let’s assume responsibility and work to become more integral every day, That is how we build our personal confidence and trust in the world, and in life (click here to read about building personal respect).

Let’s remember that everything is always in harmony, so if we focus our energy on a polarity, its other side manifests itself in our life to balance what we are creating, so, let’s create from neutrality, from the idea that we are all capable of taking on our responsibility to be more conscious and integral beings and, that way, we can construct by focusing on the transformation of polarity into neutrality of all systems, from the vision of experiencing authenticity in unity.

Creating Consciousness About Our Coherence

Version en español

versão em portugues

Lately, I’ve perceived the movement that exists in social networks, where people feel free to be themselves, or, better, to express their opinion about what they live. From there, arises this text about our coherence, something that apparently we haven’t been taught or we haven’t learned, because we have failed to question the absolute truths that we have believed in and have integrated into our reality. Whatever we do, consciously or impulsively, we have an impact on ourselves and on everything around us, our consumption patterns and the way we express ourselves. The way we treat ourselves is how we treat the world.

When we decide to use labels, we need to find the real reasons to do so, in this way we strengthen our conviction (click here to read about deciding by conviction). If we don’t consume meat to save animals, but we use leather accessories and don’t give ourselves the necessary nutrients to save ourselves, are we being coherent? If we complain about pollution, but we have a vehicle that contaminates and we buy products that during their process and discard pollute too, are we being coherent?

It is important that we become aware of our coherence if we truly want a life in peace. We only reap what we sow, so we need to learn to respect ourselves if we want to be respected, to take care if we want to be cared for, to love if we want to be loved, to accept if we want to be accepted, but, above all, to use and align our thoughts, feelings, words and actions, to construct the life we really want to live. Here are some questions that may be useful for us to decide our next steps in life with more coherence and consciousness:

  1. Do we want to construct relationships, of all kinds, that build peace? (click here to read about differences).

  2. Do we want to experience the sustainable development of our planet?

  3. Do we want to act in favor of constructing something from our integrity and our coherence? (click here to read about constructing peace).

  4. Do we want to work as a team truly contributing? (click here to read about contributing).

  5. Do we want to encourage authenticity in unity?

We’ve always been the only ones responsible for constructing our life and the society we live in, so, if we really want different results, we must become what we expect from the world, even if we need to learn new ways of living life, or have to create them. We can construct peace (click here to read about peace from consciousness), consume what’s necessary, invest more time and resources in self-knowledge and experiences, know and work with our talents integrated to our personality, do what we love, love what we do, put ourselves on the same level through responsibility and connect as humanity. What are we waiting to start constructing? We can take the first step right now.

Personal Empowerment?

Version en español

versão em portugues

Since I started to become, intensely and consciously, interested in my process of self-knowledge, I have perceived how important Personal Empowerment is. From my perception, Personal Empowerment is a form of integration that includes the internal and external worlds of each one of us. It is knowing and understanding ourselves, so deeply, that we can connect, in the most assertive and coherent way possible, to all the resources we have available, to integrate them into our context. From this process, we come to understand our own reality as a construction made from perceptions, often governed by society, and we realize the level of coherence that exists between what we feel, think, say, do and live.

I’ve decided to dedicate myself to this matter because, I think, it is wonderful the fact that we can migrate from a reactive, critical, comparative, competitive, destructive state in which we blame, to an active, accepting, authentic, contributive, constructive one in which we assume our own responsibility (click here to read about responsibility). Personal Empowerment has been the most appropriate way for me to assume my personal power from my heart, getting myself in touch with the integrity of the totality of who I am and how I contextualize that in my present. That has been surprising, because I’ve also perceived that everything I had I thought would make me feel whole, was a mental issue that I was building as I grew up. Now that I really know who I am, from my heart, I can discern better to give and receive with gratitude in my present (click here to read about gratitude).

This process, from my perception, has the purpose of integrating the mind to the heart, strengthening the intention, where we move from destructing from emotional reactions that create conflict, to constructing through our thoughts aligned to the feeling of peace and unity, to acting by choosing in a more assertive way the words and acts we externalize. We perceive who we think we are, to construct from who we really are, to be able to trust ourselves again, knowing, respecting and accepting ourselves totally, thus, integrating ourselves in a more constructive way, to the social context in which we live.

In order to integrate this process in your life you can buy the printable eBook 7 Levels for Personal Empowerment, where I share techniques and information, easy to understand and integrate to our daily routine, to know and integrate our dimensions, as human beings, and be able to construct more consciously from our heart (click here to buy the printable eBook).

Building solidly, integrating our essence

Version en español

versão em portugues

For me, it has been a great discovery to perceive that not everything that seems “good” really comes from the heart or is the most appropriate for me. During our life we’ve been used to make judgments about everything we perceive, and we generally say that someone has a good heart because, apparently, they help the world, people or animals, selflessly, and that, has become fashionable also in business, then, when someone wants to have a highlight, to be perceived as someone with a good heart, makes charity in a “disinterested” way, but, does that really come from the heart or is something built by the mind from the judgments that are in society?

We are all born with the potential to be what we want, from the worst person to the best (from any of the perceptions of society), everything depends on where we are going to direct our energy (thoughts, feelings and expression), for, any side that we choose, our mind is armed with reasons to justify that what we do is right, and others must follow us because they are wrong, but, in reality, each of us is on the appropriate way to learn, in some way, what we need. We exist to constantly learn, when we don’t do it, we suffer, but, what if we decide to learn with ourselves from now on?

To build something with solid foundation, it is necessary to start with self-knowledge. When we focus our energy on something we don’t like or we’re not good at, at some point what we have built is destroyed, because only real confidence in ourselves, in our abiliities and in our own talents, leads us to make more assertive decisions and build from our own foundation. Let’s see some important points to construct solidly:

  1. DESIRES: Throughout our lives, we create many desires that come from the mind, from our attachment to material things and people, to compare ourselves to others. All this leads us to channel our energy where people tell us we can have better results, often without caring for ourselves or others, sometimes even ignoring law itself, and, there, we spend our lives in what we think we need to be happy. It is important to remember that fullness is in the present moment, and that the desire of the heart (click here to read about connecting to our hearts) leads us to act here and now, taking firm and sure steps to construct from our talents and integrated gifts. We must be the owners of our own desires and learn to give them shape every minute, with every thought, with every feeling, with every word, with every action and with every gesture. Our desires are never too big or small, so, it is important that we learn to live more authentically, to love and integrate what we are.

  2. COHERENCE: From our relationship with ourselves, passing through the relationship we have with our family and with the environment we live in, it is important that we are aware of what we need to relate with respect and transparency (click here to read about transparency). Let’s exercise coherence between what we think, feel and express, so we can really be coherent and bring that energy completely to all areas of our life that are really a priority for us.

  3. HELP: Actually nobody needs help (click here to read about helping vs. contributing), what we need is assistance in what we’re not specialists, to be able to construct. By dedicating ourselves to “helping” people who we believe need it, because they ask for it or because we believe they truly need it, we’re not giving assistance for them to build, but giving what they want to stay in their comfort zone, therefore, it is essential that we learn to know ourselves better and to connect to our hearts to be able to contribute with what’s truly aligned with who we really are.

Let’s begin to connect more lovingly to ourselves, the more we accept ourselves, the more assertive our decisions are, avoid judging what seems good or bad and let the heart takes us through the path of our tranquility, always respecting everything and everyone around us (click here to read about harmony of energy). To have a more conscious and transparent world, we don’t need to be the best, we just need to be the most whole version of ourselves.

The Story of a Being…

Version en español

versão em portugues

Today I tell you the story of a being in alternate state who lived on the top of a hill and sang odes to the wind. His being assimilated the intense understanding that it is his expression that fill him with love. Once the issue was understood, he perceived that if he did so, his energy circulated and put himself into a state of joy and plenitude.

This is the tail of an easy and practical dynamic, of how we transform ourselves by reliving the simple motivational moments, which we have always carried in our hearts. When we do what is born from our hearts we raise our vibration frequency of peace, we enter a state of flux and reconnection with ourselves and everything that exists around us.

By doing simple things like singing, laughing, cooking, sharing, reading, writing, or anything else that we do with love, we feel new dimensions of the same situations and perceive new aspects of the same people. It is wonderful to perceive how inclusive and simple actions can expand our perception and teach us that there are always other ways to channel energy, like directing it to build habits that make us feel more connected to everything and everyone around us.

We can make a list of everything that is taking us away from feeling at ease and another one of everything that generates peace to ourselves. Then, we are able to turn those habits that connect ourselves to the fluidity of the present moment into daily habits, and start exercising the expression from our heart (integrity, coherence, transparency and respect) (click here to read about empowering habits).

Constructive Mind: 4 steps to reprogram our thoughts

Version en español

versão em portugues

For being conscious about our expression (gestures, words, actions, emotions) the first step is exercising the mental presence, which we get through the integration of our perception of the world and our attention, as we read and practice at the post 4 steps to keep our minds in the present (click here to read the full article).

When our minds are present, we can focus them on our own construction, but, how can that be useful? Easy, let’s start working on it by parts. On this post, we’ll understand how to use the present mind for reprograming our own thoughts, since they are responsible for one third of our humor and energy level (for the other two thirds our perception and our expression).

All of us have grown up in different environments and, unconsciously, we are constantly subjected to information that makes us focus on the “destructive” side of life. And, as it is what we receive most, we see that our conversations with people become a fertile field for us to talk about others, complain, feel sorry, quoting tragedies, in short, talking about something we’re not able to transform. And that, efectively, influence our humor and energy.

Let’s focus our attention on how tuning in, consciously, with the constructive side of life for reprograming our thoughts (click here to read about empowering habits). Let’s follow these 3 steps daily until we integrate them to our habits:

  1. Looking for constructive information sources to replace destructive information. Through the internet, television, people we interact with, etc. For example, instead of looking up for what’s bad for our bodies, looking up for what’s good.
  2. Perceiving the thoughts that appear during the day. If they makes us feel worried, anxious or any destructive sensation let’s find constructive personal motives to resignify them. For example, I think I need money to pay a bill, I see I can organize a raffle, do an extra job or sell something no longer useful and I realize I can get the money, then I focus my thoughts on the action that I’m going to take to get the right amount, maybe I could get more.
  3. Focusing our thoughts on ourselves, and the projects we’re involved in, since is where we can, efectively, take responsibility for the transformation. Why thinking on the motives of other people, that are their own responsability, if we can use this time to expand our consciousness and construct ourselves? Let’s think about it.
  4. Finding, at least once a day, a place where we admire everything we perceive with our senses, and we feel calm, and think about every constructive thing we have experienced and how we can integrate that into our lives, into our projects.

It’s our decision to choose what we want to connect ourselves to (click here to read about connecting to our hearts). The more people aware of their own lives and willing to contribute in an assertive way, the better results we have reforming the world we live in, building every day with more assertiveness and innovating to transform whatever is necessary. I choose to connect myself to everything that contributes to my integrity to transform the world with the contribution of everyone and everything around me, what about you?

Let’s share this easy method with people who want to recover their energy and feel empowered.

4 steps to keep our minds in the present

Version en español

versão em portugues

When we interact with ourselves and with everyting around us, it’s important to be aware of acting more and reacting less. Today, let’s concentrate on our thoughts, what goes through our minds all the time.

In 2016, I participated in a training to consctruct a more assertive communication and the message is very clear, we carry many filters we are not very aware of, our judgements, and comparisons based on our own beliefs (which sometimes give us security because other people have also bought them), and those filters make our mind to keep reacting to everything we go through instead of being present (click here to read about deciding by conviction).

Many times, while talking to someone, we start judging what the person is saying, within our minds, whether in a positive or negative way, and we already have a prepared answer. In some cases the person hasn’t even finished talking and we answer (before we forget). And we do that constantly, in almost everything we do. We cook thinking about the time, take shower thinking about what we’re going to wear, etc., any situation mess up with our minds when we’re not aware of bringing it to the present moment.

Today, we’re going to follow these steps to bring our mind back to the “here and now” and train it for acting from the moment on, instead of reacting from our filters:

  1. Choosing only one action to focus our mental attention.
  2. Focusing on the person and/or action that is happening.
  3. If a thought comes up let it pass and come back to the focus point.
  4. Feeling, with all perception system, whatever we’re living.

As we practice following these steps, our minds get used to the new behavior pattern and our state of attention, and connection, in life changes. Share this post with someone who finds it necessary and tell us about you. Does our mind live in the future, in the past or in the present?

Love,
Ángel
