What do we Blame For, if we are Responsible?

Version en español

versão em portugues

One of the main motives by which we blame others for what happen, besides the intention of destroying, is ignoring that the responsibility is totally ours, we decide every step we take, whether impulsive and unconsciously, or active and consciously.

If we are in a certain place, with certain peopla, living certain experiences, is because we’ve decided it that way. Some times we’ve got to think that there were any other option, but, the reality is that we don’t perceive the possibilities when we are focused on something and want to get it anyway, but “THE END DOESN’T JUSTIFY THE MEANS” respect (click here to read the text about respect), transparency and coherence (click here to read the text about coherence) must be the main ingredients of each one of our decisions, if we really want to live in a society that constructs itself through integrity and from our differences (click here to read the text about constructing peace through consiousness).

Blaming someone for what happens to us is a way of ignoring something we need to learn about ourselves and judging others, these habits destruct our relationships with ourselves and with the world around us, so, for this reason, it’s necessary to transform our reactions into constructive actions, in a conscious way. Let’s see some actions that can be useful for this purpose:

  1. Before blaming, let’s think about the decisions which have led us to the present moment: from a haircut, to buying a house, is necessary to understand the motive of every step we’ve taken, what motivates the action, what we think, feel and say about the situation and what we can learn from it.
  2. Let’s focus on talking about what we’ve done and what we could do differently: by talking about our own process we get to listen to ourselves and to assess, in an objective way, what could lead ourselves to manifest a different result, really knowing our talents and recognizing that which we don’t have ability for, in order to join to people that strengthen and enhance what we already are.
  3. Let’s question the purpose that has guided us, to act the way he’ve acted, and transform it if we feel that is being desrespectful, liar and incoherent to our own nature: many purposes in our lives have been created to satisfy necessities, of others or our own, that keep ourselves away from who we are. Understanding better what we do from ou hearts we get to align our feelings, thoughts, words and actions to reconnect to ourselves and act in the most approppriate way for the context we’ve decided to experience.

Let’s remember that we are totally responsible for what we experience in our lives, that our decisions construct our path and that the more conscious we are about the peace we want to construct, the easier it is to construct it in every area of our lives (click here to read the text about constructing peace).

Cell Regeneration: 6 foods to increase protein daily intake

Version en español

versão em portugues

We are all different and it is important that we learn to understand our body signals to feed it in a more efficient way. Following the 4 steps to expand nutritional consciousness (click here to read the full article) we are able to get in touch with the reaction food causes and integrate that into our diet. Remember that is necessary to detach from some limiting beliefs (click here to read the article about beliefs) about certain foods, as we read in the last articles, in order to transform , efectively, feeding into nutrition (click here to read about cell regeneration and micronutrients).

Let’s define feeding and nutrition to see the difference. Feeding consists on comsuming substances to keep our vital functions, is the way we give energy to our bodies. Feeding occurs, mainly, based on the awareness of macronutrients, proteins, carbohydrates and lipids (fat). Nutrition consists on providing substances necessary for our preservation and growth, here we perceive the body as an organism in constanc evolution and regeneration that needs macro and micronutrients, vitamins and minerals, to keep the balance and, consequently, create a perfect health state.

In the book Human nutrition in the developing world (available in English atFood and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations – FAO website), Professor, Michael C. Latham, talk about proteins as follows. Proteins contain carbon, hydrogen, oxigen, nitrogen and, often, sulphur. They are particularly important as nitrogenous substances, and are necessary for growth and repair of the body. Proteins are the main structural constituents of the cells, and they make up the greater portion of the substance of the muscles and organs (apart from water).

Proteins are necessary:

  • for growth and development of the body;
  • for body maintenance and the repair and replacement of worn out or damaged tissues;
  • to produce metabolic and digestive enzymes;
  • as an essential constituent of certain hormones, such as thyroxine and insulin.

Although proteins can yield energy, their main importance is rather as an essential constituent of all cells. All cells may need replacement from time to time, and their replacement requires protein.

Any protein eaten in excess of the amount needed for growth, cell and fluid replacement and various other metabolic functions is used to provide energy, which the body obtains by changing the protein into carbohydrate. If the carbohydrate and fat in the diet do not provide adequate energy, then protein is used to provide energy; as a result less protein is available for growth, cell replacement and other metabolic needs. This point is especially important for children, who need extra protein for growth. If they get too little food for their energy requirements, then the protein will be diverted for daily energy needs and will not be used for growth.

Now that we know the importance of the proteins for our body it is necessary to ask ourselves some questions to discover if we are having an appropriate daily intake of proteins:

  1. What foods do we consume every day?
  2. Do we know if they contain proteins?
  3. What is the amount of protein we consume daily?

If in our diet are missing sources of protein we can integrate these foods into our diet:

  1. Almonds (21 grams of protein per 100 grams) – ALL BLOOD TYPES EXCEPT AB
  2. Nogal Walnuts (15 grams of protein per 100 grams) – ALL BLOOD TYPES
  3. Macadamia nuts (8 grams of protein per 100 grams) – ALL BLOOD TYPES
  4. Peanut (26 grams of protein per 100 grams) – BLOOD TYPES A and AB
  5. Linseed/Flaxseed (14 grams of protein per 100 grams) – ALL BLOOD TYPES
  6. Boiled Eggs (13 grams of protein per 100 grams) – ALL BLOOD TYPES

Remember that the cleaner our intestines are the better nutrients absorption will occur, so it is important to keep a healthy diet with enough water and fiber (click here to read the article about nutrient absorption).

It’s consciousness what constructs peace

Version en español

versão em portugues

We spend our lives looking for happiness in what we do, think, eat, say, feel, but, every time we’ve expected to find happiness in those moments, Have we been conscious of respecting ourselves ans everything around us? (click here to read the text about respect)

Let’s imagine now the diversity that exists when it comes to tastes and the impact that the search for those sensations can have, would that instant of emotional happiness destroy or construct?

Let’s see some examples about how consciousness connects ourselves with more respect to our society (beings and environment):

    1. Being conscious about what our cells need to work in an appropriate way, do we construct when we eat what’s not really necessarie? When we nourish ourselves, we give our cells what’s necessary, we promote a culture of conscious consumption of food and simulate the natural and respectful production of food (click here to read the text abut micronutrients for our cells).
    2. Being conscious about the fact that we need to give our bodies quality sleep and physical activity, do we construct when we foment laziness in ourselves and others? When we exercise our bodies and sleep enough, we get to construct a more consistent health, what leads ourselves to create with more quality, through time, more sustainable lifestyles.
    3. Being conscious of the fact that we can construct with facts and words from our feeling of unity, do we construct when we want to be superior to others or compete for survival? When we practice self acceptance about what we really are, through our own selfknowledge, we get to accept differences and we are able to learn new ways of expressing ourselves to construct, with a purpose, a different style of doing things (click here to read the text about coherence and selfknowledge).
    4. Being conscious about the fact that, for having the right to bring a human being to earth it is essential to be an example of what we want for a more united humanity, do we construct when we decide to satisfy our sexual desires without being willing to assume the responsibility for any circumstances? When we understand that we can channel our emotions in a different way, from the one we’ve learnt, deciding by conviction becomes part of our lives (click here to read the text about deciding by conviction) and we get to have more clarity in the purpose of every single action, thus, focusing our energy in constructing from ourselves in unity.

Being happy can be destructive for society, because it has become an expression used to satisfy personal desires, being conscious is constructive because it leads ourselves to understand that every decision made has an impact in ourselves and everything, and everyone, around us, and that, as beings, we need to develop our knowledge about the place we live in, to integrate, in the most assertive and constructive way possible, our talents to the construction of what we want from unity (click here to read the text about humanity transformation).

So, if we want peace, transparency, coherence and respect, are we constructing that through each feeling, thought, word and action in our lives? (click here to read the text about peace construction)

3 questions to transform our self-relationship

Version en español

versão em portugues

Relationships are as simple as we want to see them. It’s important that the first relationship we analize in order to have better relationships is the one with our own selves. Relationships we have with people depend on our worth and the boundries we set. (click here to read the text about setting boundaries)

Let’s make some questions to answer them consciously to ourselves.

  1. How do I treat myself when something doesn’t go as planned?
  2. Do I accept myself or try to be what everybody wnats from me?
  3. Do I take the responsibility of my life and my decisions? (click here to read the text about deciding by conviction)

It’s important to understand that is with our own selves that we have to exercise every aspect we feel is missing in our lives. What we expect from others must be something we can give, giving and receiving is very important to keep the harmony in relationships.

When we start to work our patience, acceptance, discipline and responsibility from our own selves, we feel more complete and comfortable.

By changing the focus, and integrating the outside with the inside, we understand the importance of making every decision of our lives with the graeatest calm and certainty possible (click here to read the text about polarities as learning). This way, our relationships with the world transform themselves, we understand that each one of us needs to be completely responsible for ourselves so we can live in a more thoughtful way.

After a long time of giving up on my responsability I decided to take it all back and I really feel very empowered (click here to buy the eBook 7 Levels for Personal Empowerment), I accept and know myself better and I really know what I want, so I direct my energy to construct the life I desire in society. What about you?

Remember to share this post with your friends and tell us your own story on the comments. How do you live your self-relationship?

4 steps to expand nutritional consciousness

Version en español

versão em portugues

All our lives we have been used to eat in an “inherited” way set by our family or culture. In some cases we know the reason, which may or may not be real and useful for ourselves

The view I bring today is checking how our feeding is in this moment so we can understand it and transform it into nutrition.

When we become aware that food contains macronutrients (carbohidrates, proteins and lipids) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), we start to see the relevance of knowing what we eat.

Our bodies need vitamins, minerals and water so they can work properly. That’s the main goal of nutrition, giving what the body needs through food, that is the most efficient way of increasing the availability of macro and micronutrients to each of our cells (click here to read the text about nutrients and cell regeneration).

It’s necessary to know the reason why we follow certain diet, and by diet I mean feeding (or nutritional) habits we have, because, only then, we identify the necessity of transforming habits that can bring about balance and high energy to our bodies (click here to read the text about more energy through carbohydrates)..

The next steps connect us to our own consciousness. Remember that each food reacts differently in each body, that’s why it’s important to learn how to get our own body signals. As we know ourselves better we get better results through nutrition. Let’s follow this:

  1. Consuming more natural than processed food. Natural food contains more micronutrients, and these, in turn, are better absorbed by the body.
  2. Consuming food without mixing to determine if what we’re eating is good for our bodies.
  3. Consuming the most part of the food before noon, eat a little and, at least, 3 hours before bed time.
  4. Consuming liquids and solids, at least, 1 hour apart.

I invite you to do the test, send this post to any one who could be interested and share your own results to motivate other people through your own example.

I’ve been following these steps to keep my body healthier, it makes me feel like I have more energy, and my sleep quality and the speed of my digestion process have improved. If you’ve already done this, What have you felt by changing this habits? (click here to read the article about energy and nutrients through healthy fats)

Transforming Humanity Through Consciousness

Version en español

versão em portugues

Expanding our consciousness is to seek knowledge, understanding that there are other points of view and that this contributes to a solid foundation through the inclusion and integration of all elements of society, from here we see respect as a fundamental resource to really unite humanity (click here to read the text about respectful connections) and integrate it to the planet and the current resources in a respectful way too (click here to read the text about respect).

As human beings, we need to assume responsibility for the reality that we live, it is not the fault of the government, of our parents, of the extraterrestrials, of the angels, it is our responsibility (we decide), the more knowledge we have about our own processes, and we integrate them to the society we live in, the easier it gets to perceive ourselves as part of the whole, a grain of sand can cause a great impact by joining other grains of sand willing to construct peace and when our energy and resources are focused on that something different is achieved (click here to read the text about constructing peace)

Nothing and nobody can take responsibility for our actions, so it is important that we begin to see life as an infinite learning and that we receive with gratitude what comes to us, because it is part of what we are (click here to read the text about presence and gratitude) and learn from it. From there, we perceive that our habits lead us to create our reality and that by changing them our reality changes, then, What do we really want? (click here to read the text about living the life we deserve).

If what we want is a transparent, respectful and coherent humanity, it is our duty, as human beings, to begin to construct transparency, respect and coherence in the way we relate to ourselves and the world, by understanding and building that, we get to expand it to others and we become examples of peacebuilders for those who know us.

Let’s Question Ourselves: 2 Steps to Live the Life we Deserve

Version en español

versão em portugues

The life we deserve is directly related to who we are, conscious and unconsciously, and this being misaligned to the feeling of unity, in which transparency, acceptance and respect are built, brings everything we constantly complain about to our lives, because we express that and we live it, since we harvest what we sow, it is a law that leads us to question ourselves if we are deciding to act in a way that allows us to live the life we really want.

When we feed destructive thoughts of anger, hatred, resentment, etc., that actually governs the way we feel, react and express ourselves, therefore it is what we are sowing and that is what we are harvesting. The same happens when we feed constructive thoughts of love, peace, respect, acceptance, etc., we are sowing and harvesting that for us (not necessarily with the same people). The point is that, according to the environment, we can perceive the constructive as destructive, and vice versa, for this reason it is necessary to question ourselves.

We are who we are because we have decided that, the interesting thing is that we can decide to be a more consistent version with our desire (click here to read the text about who we are). We have unconsciously created many things that have seemed unfair to us but that, if we question ourselves deeply, may have been a sample of something we were thinking, feeling, saying or doing in every moment. Following these steps we build the life we want and deserve to live in a conscious way:

  1. QUESTIONING: To start, it is necessary to question ourselves to understand what we are sowing, we can use the following questions: What example would our children perceive if we couldn’t talk to them? Are we aware of the effects that food causes on our bodies? Do we treat all people with the same level of respect? Do we always express ourselves with the same level of sincerity? Do we preoccupy or occupy ourselves? Do we judge or accept? Are we clear with everyone equally? After answering these questions we discover the coherence of our answers by asking: What life do we want? A life in which there is transparency, respect and acceptance, for example?, would the answers of what we are sowing fit with what we want? Let’s think about it.

  2. TRANSFORMATION: Once we have identified who we are, and what we want, we need to focus on transforming our incoherences into coherences. For example, if we want transparency but we don’t have the same level of sincerity always, we need to practice sincerity in our interactions in the most assertive way possible. So, if someone invites me somewhere and I prefer to do something else I can say “Today I prefer to stay home, thank you”. As we practice, we become specialists in our own lives. The idea is to do that process with each one of the incoherences that we perceive.

By being the change we want from the world, we are doing what is within our possibilities to construct a more conscious world, so when things seem to be unfair to us, let’s check what we are sowing to understand what we need to transform.

Discovering the Purpose of Our Relationships

Version en español

versão em portugues

Just as each person is a world, every relationship is also the same, since combining a unique world with a unique world always has a different result, that is why, despite our mind being prepared to perceive only what bothers us, and we see it more clearly in the people we relate to, each of our relationships has a purpose in our lives, and it is in our hands to learn in whatever way seems most appropriate, we need to remember that we are in a relationship because we decide so, and, therefore, we need to assume responsibility for each one of them. So why do we have the need to create certain types of relationships if we can see each relationship as a unique element that is part of our life without having to behave the same way?

Let’s know, a little better, possible purposes that we can find in our relationships.

  1. UNDERSTANDING OUR INNER WORLD: Every relationship we experience shows us what is within ourselves, regardless of whether we consider it positive or negative, and from this view we can choose to work on what we consciously identify. By doing this, we achieve clarity about the type of relationship that is necessary so that we can learn in the most appropriate way for us, friendship, engagement, etc. It is up to us to construct with purpose and clarity according to our personal moment (click here to read the article about making decisions by conviction).

  2. LEARNING TO INTERACT WITH RESPECT: When we relate we get to know different points of view and from that point we can decide to exercise the way we listen and respect the others as they are, this opens our minds to the reality that we can relate authentically and thus establishing our own boundaries, which we respect, extending that respect towards everything around us (click here to read the article on respect and click here to read the article on limits).

  3. ADJUSTING COMMUNICATION: Some people in our life question us about our words and actions, about our coherence, they are those that show us aspects that we need to evaluate and from there we can work on more constructive ways of communicating (click here to know an/or buy the book 7 Levels for Personal Empowerment that addresses the issue of assertive communication).

  4. CONSTRUCTING: Throughout our life we know people with whom we construct, from the smallest to the biggest projects of our lives, so it is important to know each other, interact with respect and communicate in the most transparent and constructive way possible, since by doing so we perceive our purposes more clearly and we can easily identify the people who can build with us (click here to read about building solidly).

Giving ourselves the possibility to focus our attention on ourselves and the environment we’re in, allows us to connect to our own truth and make our journey our present fullness.

Constructing Peace

Version en español

versão em portugues

How can we think that peace is an external agreement? This is a question to reflect about the fact of blaming the government for the situations that we live in our country. The question is: How can we demand peace if we live with internal conflicts because of our lack of personal coherence and self-knowledge? (Click here to read the article about transmutation of the word corruption).

So that we can really construct peace (absence of conflicts), we need to make an internal agreement to learn to live with ourselves as we are, learning to respect ourselves and thus respect all around us. This is a new learning process, because by the collective tendency to fanaticism (whether emotional or rational) has been easier to relate to the world according to what each of us considers good or bad, for convenience, without taking into consideration what we need to learn about ourselves in the reality we experience.

Here I share some points that I have been working on in recent years, and that have worked for me to harmonize internal conflicts and be able to express my own truth in an integral way:

  1. TRANSPARENCY: Learning to be transparent requires speaking and answering with the truth, this allows us to be where we really want to and learn with each of our experiences with fewer conflicts. Some people may not agree with the fact that we want to do things differently, but the way they take it is their own responsibility, depends on their own beliefs (click here to read the article about beliefs transformation) and needs (click here to read the article about not so necessary needs), and can lead to distance from others because we learn to give ourselves what we need. Thus we begin to value the truth of others, ask for it and receive it, understanding that things are not always as they’re supposed to (click here to read about justice in relationships).

  2. RESPECT: As we become more transparent, by practicing the truth, the level of respect for ourselves, and for everything and everyone around, increases (click here to read the article on respect), we need to establish certain boundaries and learn to respect the boundaries of others (click here to read the article about boundaries), as well as we respect ours.

  3. ACTING COHERENTLY: To construct peace, it is very important that we learn to express ourselves in a harmonious and coherent way, that with our words, gestures and actions we always have the intention to construct, to empower others, to show them that we can do everything in an integral way, and that acting this way creates an environment of integrity and sustainable development. For this, it is necessary that we recognize our talents and apply them to everything we do, because that is exactly what brings authenticity in unity (click here to know and/or buy the book 7 Levels for Personal Empowerment).

I have concentrated in these three aspects lately, it has been an effective way to connect to people and the planet, sometimes they show me what I can improve and I integrate it because I’ve learned to perceive my own incoherence. I choose better the words I use, I try different tones and ways to express the same and I see which has a more harmonious and constructive effect in each situation, sometimes it is a matter of feeling the moment, but always from expanding the perspective through knowledge.

Respect Generates Respect

Version en español

versão em portugues

Many of us believe that we deserve respect because we are always respectful, but, what is respect? Curiously, it can be something that comes from consideration or fear, then, we can understand that it is necessary to work a respect for consideration more than for fear, because when we respect by fear we are connecting to the external and, mentally, we can find more easily justify ourselves to commit a lack of respect, above all if it is to free ourselves from fear. When we respect by consideration we connect to acceptance within ourselves, we understand that all life deserves respect and that we can learn to expand that consideration from the inside out. (Click here to read the article about personal respect and boundaries).

Respect for consideration begins within us, we will only become good by respecting everyone, and everything around us, as we practice self-respect, for our principles, our thoughts, feelings, words and actions, and for the fact of being human beings part of a humanity. Today we’ll see some points that may be useful for exercising internal respect to generate respect from consideration (click here to read the personal approval article).

  1. TALENTS: We all have unique talents, but we often disrespect those talents in pursuit of money. We can find more appropriate ways to respect what we have, by offering our talents to the people around us, we get to know what makes us unique, and we begin to construct on solid foundations (click here to read the article on integrating the self into social context).

  2. PRINCIPLESS: Throughout our lives we may have had moments when we were presented with opportunities that seemed interesting, but when we went into them, and knew better, we realized that there were variables that were not aligned to our principles. This can happen in all our relationships, so it is important that we know what we need and express it clearly, as well as research well if we are really excited to be part of something. LET’S QUESTION OURSELVES.

  3. PRIORITIES: We often spend our lives at the extreme of prioritization, either we prioritize our lives totally or that of others, but we need to evaluate more consciously what is priority in our lives as self-sufficient beings to live the life we want and thus cultivate a respect for our life project and the one of the people around us.

  4. WORD: It is essential that we keep our word, if we commit ourselves to do what has been agreed upon, this is one of the most important resources on respect at all levels. CLARITY.

These 4 aspects are an easy way to exercise respect for ourselves, as we become more aware of each of the aspects that make us human beings, more certainty arises about what we want in our life because it construct ourselves. I decide to exercise my personal respect and take this to the world, what about you?
