Beyond tags

Version en españolversão em portugues

Our mind tries to define everything we live to strengthen our identity, but we can train it in order for it to identify itself with the security of living in the present.

Living in the present includes understanding that everything is constantly moving and at the same time there is consistency when we build from our inner peace.

We are everything, we have the potential of constructing peace by directing our resources, in a conscious way, towards that purpose, our tags when integrated potentiates that construction, but being fully aligned with every single decision about our thoughts, feelings and words is the foundation for being the peace we want for the world.

Our experience beyond tags reveals our true affinities and our authenticity, it allows us to accept that we are more than we think and leads us to broaden our perception about our reality.

The evidence is in our experience, it depends on us to perceive it and decide to tune in to what we truly want to build.

Peaceful Mind

The way we experience our life is within our minds. When we pay attention to every thought in our mind, we understand the reasons why we live this way. The more we think about something, whether we like it or not, the more of that we manifest in our life, but, what about focusing our mind in the construction of peace?

A peaceful mind is always present to perceive everything the way it is. It understands that we are able to learn at our own pace by expressing ourselves aligned to our peace in the present.

By perceiving our mind, we get to know it and to deal with it according to our present moment and what’s appropriate for us to process, we are open to create our personal way of integrate it to our experience. These actions are essential for a peaceful mind:
  1. Focusing our mind on our breathing.
  2. Listening to everyone.
  3. Activating our mind in perception mode.

Moving into infinite learning reality is essential to align our mind to our purpose of peace. A mind that understands that we are unique as a part of everything, is able to align itself to what’s truly appropriate to contribute through learning.

Growing Through Recreation

When we focus on constructing from our peace, recreation is an essential aspect, since it is the way of integrating all the areas of our life into our own purpose of peace. It is time to learn more about our personal way of constructing what makes ourselves flow. It`s as simple as living in our own present and making decisions from our peace in every moment. This means, we are so conscious and connected to our essence, that we trust in every decision we make from peace for constructing an integral life. We can decide living our life as a whole, where our personal and professional areas become one, since we allow our essence to be the foundation of everything and express our authenticity. This way, time is experienced in a different way, we just understand that our personal area contributes to our professional area, and that our professional area also contributes to our personal area, so planning becomes dispensable and every moment is time to recreate ourselves and enjoy life. Information we get through conversations, movies, books, music, or any other source, can be used for recreating everything we construct from our purpose of peace. This makes us feel that we are always building a world of peace, with each decision we make.

Sexual Energy

versão em portugues
Understanding and knowing our sexual energy is essential to recognize the intensity of our motivation and make us conscious about the result we get, according to the way we channel it.

Sexual energy can be better understand as creative energy, it is the energy that starts expanding when a purpose has been stablished, and its level of manifestation is directly related to the intensity used, to go for what we desire, and how safe we feel from the confidence in our capacity to build.

Our sexual energy can be approached from the human animal instinct (necessity) and from the intuition and connection with our heart (abundance), this last one represents the sublimation of the first one and is achieved through a process of recognition and integration of our mental, emotional and physical worlds (if you want to apply this process I share on the book 7 Levels For Personal Empowerment you can buy the book by clicking here).

We channel our sexual/creative energy from our belief system, everything installed in our mind, conscious or unconsciously, directs the energy to put it into action. Each decision made is part of the construction of our purpose.

Connecting to our purpose of peace makes us analize our usual decisions and actions, so we can transform them into steps to build our inner peace on the outside from our authenticity.

The Game of Life

Version en español

versão em portugues

Life is, basically, a game in which we learn the basic rules of the place we’re in, in order to “fit” in the present model. When we think about that as a puzzle, it’s like trying to place a piece by forcing it where it doesn’t fit naturally, at the end it manifests incoherence. When we start questioning ourselves about everything in our lives, we perceive that there are game strategies that allow us to know ourselves deeply, so we can really fit in that puzzle in infinite expansion, then the result is coherent.

By using the concept of the puzzle in our lives, we can perceive that we have many possibilities of forcefully fitting our own pieces, everything we are, either because of the power of our mind or the unconscious patterns we carry, but only one way of fitting everything naturally: building up from whatever potentiates our peace.

Then, here are some actions we can integrate to our lives, to inspire integrity from our example, for us who want to build a coherent, transparent and sustainable society from integrity:

  1. Authenticity: being authentic goes beyond what is evident, is truly knowing ourselves, understanding what truly potentiates our inner peace and put it into practice, to build from our talents integrated to our personality, the appropriate way of contributing in this moment, stopping following models to start following our heart.

  2. Contribution: by exercising our authenticity, we understand that competition becomes obsolete, since we learn to build our own dreams without the need for winning or desiring the same that other people, this is the way we truly contribute, we just do what’s necessary from the certainty of who we are from our essence (click here to read about integration of our essence).

  3. Expression: as we contribute from our authenticity, we perceive the importance of adjusting our personal expression. The way we think and feel is so aligned and coherent that when we make a gesture, take action or express any word in disalignment to them, we perceive there are other ways we need to seek and exercise to give coherence and power to what we transmit, specially when we are conscious about the importance of being the example of what we want to build up as society.

The most important rule of the game of life is: thought, feeling and expression must be aligned to a purpose, it’s up to us to decide to do it from our purpose of peace (click here to read about activating our purpose mode).

Essential Autonomy

Version en español

versão em portugues

One of the essential aspects we should integrate to our experience, in order to increase our personal confidence, is autonomy, since, as we understand who we truly are, and how to put that into context, we perceive that the construction of our lives totally depends on the level of commitment that we have with ourselves as social individuals.

Each one of us has a different level of autonomy in every area of our lives, from emotional to material, that must be adjusted as we advance in our path, since, above all, as part of society, it is essential to develop our autonomy in order to make decisions from our integrity, for constructing more efficient social models.

From our own experience, the following aspects need more autonomy to be developed and integrated as essential elements of our authenticity, since they build a self-confidence of solid foundation, that allows us to continue constructing from the certainty of our personal contribution:

  1. Personal Talents: we are all born with different abilities which can be potentiated, in several ways, through our own experience, when we recognize, integrate and put them into the social context, we can contribute in different areas that have the same purpose in common (click here to read about purpose).

  2. Coherent Expression: the more coherence there is between what we think, feel and express, the more energy focused on our purpose of peace we have (click here to read about the construction of peace).

As social individuals, it is essential that we cultivate the autonomy of building our authenticity, integrated to the social context we’re in, when we all contribute from our inner peace, thanks to total acceptance and integration, society reflects our integrity.

Connecting ourselves to Neutrality

Version en español

versão em portugues

It is a natural process desiring to make decisions from our personal experience, but when we take a long-term observational stance, we discover relevant aspects of construction and destruction that can happen when we make certain decisions.

Neutrality is finding the point of observation where we can question everything we feel, think and express, it is the process to recognize that to construct our peace inside, and manifest it on the outside, it is essential to put the certainty of our heart into action (click here to read about manifesting the truth of our heart). As we are 100% responsible for what happens to us, because we create from our thoughts, feelings and expression, we can understand that by connecting with neutrality we are building from integration, because we can perceive that we are cells that are part of a whole, and that we can transform everything that exists in our society, that continues to generate more of the same.

Let’s analyze the following aspects within our personal construction, to identify the decisions and beliefs that have led us to build the reality we live and, thus, be able to understand the way to connect to the neutrality we want to construct from now on:

  1. We feel circumstances are unfair: it is time to question whether we are being unfair to ourselves or to others, remember that our attitudes in one area of our lives can be manifested in another we give more relevance to, then, let’s analyze all the situations of injustice that we can be exercising, as it would be to act unconsciously and selfishly with people and the environment (click here to read about reflections on relationships).

  2. We feel that there’s no recognition: having the idea of division, judgments and comparisons are present, when we understand that, as cells, each one of us has its talent, and that our real authenticity allows us to function in a complete way, we understand that recognition is something we do within ourselves and that, as we strengthen from neutrality our talents integrated into the context, we learn to recognize that each cell is doing its part, and the idea of external recognition becomes unnecessary. (click here to read about deserving).

  3. We want to stand out: when we are in contributive mode, we understand that to excel to leave a legacy is an attitude of segregation, because for that we become destructive competitive cells, by just thinking about our prominence (think of it as a tumor) and automatically encourage the emergence of people who need someone to follow, because they don’t connect to their own selves. When we contribute, we work on our talents and transmit them to be able to integrate them with the environment we are in, we can change the world by constructing it from contribution (click here to read about constructing peace from consciousness).

  4. We feel we don’t trust ourselves: this feeling exists because we have been used to believing more in others than in ourselves. To transform this, we need to know ourselves and invest our resources in working our talents and integrate them, in a neutral way, to our environment. The more confidence we build in ourselves, the greater the impact of our actions. Let’s assume responsibility and work to become more integral every day, That is how we build our personal confidence and trust in the world, and in life (click here to read about building personal respect).

Let’s remember that everything is always in harmony, so if we focus our energy on a polarity, its other side manifests itself in our life to balance what we are creating, so, let’s create from neutrality, from the idea that we are all capable of taking on our responsibility to be more conscious and integral beings and, that way, we can construct by focusing on the transformation of polarity into neutrality of all systems, from the vision of experiencing authenticity in unity.

Manifesting the Relationship we Desire

Version en español

versão em portugues

I’ve been through several moments in my life that have contributed to a wider and more responsible perception about relationships. The life lived from the mental and emotional worlds can lead to a desconnection of integrity and personal power, what leads to experimentation from voids, created by the illusion of separation that generates individualistic people. This is the foundation for having relationships with parcial, or total, absence of transparency, acceptance, respect and coherene, starting from the relationship with one self, and that keeps going until we decide to learn how to experience our lives from integration of our mental and emotional worlds with our hearts, our essence.

The relationship we have with ourselves is the only one we can actually manifest in our relationships with everything and everyone around us, the more transparent, coherent, respectful and whole we are to ourselves, the more we manifest that in our relationships (click here to read about reflections on relationships). Thats why our integrated relationship, with our lives, with the environment and with people, has clear purposes, to reveal in the present the consequences of what we’ve thought, felt and expressed, so we can transform the way we relate from inside out (click here to read about purposes in our relationships) .

Now that we understand that we can only manifest outer relationships from our current state within, we can reflect on these aspects that effectively take us to relate ourselves to everything around us in a more conscious way:

  1. TRANSPARENCY: this aspect starts with self-knowledge, because, when we discover our motives behind every decision, we can analize and align them to the truth of authenticity in unity within our heart. By being honest to ourselves we begin to feel our self-confidence increasing, what leads us to the certainty of expressing our talents, our desire of contributing, our innate universal connection, and, consequently, to manifest a reality in which the expression of truth is always our priority.

  2. COHERENCE: as we know ourselves, we perceive that we need to allow our perceptive system to expand, in order to align our expression to the personal wisdom of who we truly are, and integrate it to the context. Our thoughts need to be more focused on construction from contribution (click here to read about contributing), our emotions need to be felt and integrated to express integrity from our feelings (click here to read about sublimation of emotions) and our expression needs to be more integral, considering the context and our real ability of contributing.

  3. ACCEPTANCE: when we accept ourselves from our essence, and understand that we are all in a process of constant experimentation of our own reality, we get to accept and understand everything and everyone around us. Our power of decision is focused on ourselves, we are responsible for what we construct and for the impact it has in society, we must be the example of the integrity and the peace we want from the world (click here to read about constructing peace).

  4. INTEGRITY: when we connect to reality as integral beings, whole, that have all what is necessary to contribute from our essence, we are ready to build in the whole as a cell, by assuming the role we are meant to, from a purpose that integrates all the areas of our lives, and that manifests relationships focused on its construction. In a state of integrity we are able to love from freedom of being who we are and embrace everything and everyone for who they are, we understand that every relationship is part of the construction and according to its purpose in our lives we must decide and act (click here to read about constructive relationships).

From the truth of our heart we construct relationships that connect ourselves to each other and strengthen the structure to build up, since we accept differences as an integral part of the whole, and we perceive from the essence of the moment. We perceive life as a moment, we live it as if only the present exists with the purpose of leaving an integral legacy that serves as an example to evolve in unity, from love, from integration.

Learning to Say “NO”

Version en español

versão em portugues

There is an issue that is important to understand for us to have more peaceful relationships, the fear of saying “NO”. This fear is born of the need of keeping everything as it is because we think it is the only way to live and interact with people around us. Over time, some of us have learned to please people we interact with (friends, family, colleagues, etc.), we feel that everything is easier when we perceive that, apparently, everyone is satisfied with our actions, and we leave aside what we really want, and need, in order to see others smiling, sometimes with the desire to be good children, parents, friends, colleagues, etc., because it is the only way we have related to people and we are used to that.

Sometimes we avoid the word “NO”, even though we feel it is necessary, because we assume people will think or say something specific about us, and we fear how the consequence can impact our image. It is important that we remember that it is impossible to please everyone, even within our family nucleus we can find people who disapprove our actions, no matter how kind they may seem to us, it is here that we perceive the importance of being more authentic, at least, this way we relate to people who authentically have more affinity with us (click here to read about self-knowledge and sublimation)..

Saying “NO” can be as healthy as saying “YES”, for this, it is necessary that we know ourselves as well as possible and transmit that in the most assertive way possible to the people we relate with. Let’s see some cases to understand the reasons behind the answers we give in the situation we find ourselves in:

  1. Case 1: If we say “NO”, do we feel bad for the reaction that others may have or because we really want to say “YES”? If the answer is due to the reaction of others, it is important that we question the reasons why we don’t really want to do what they ask from us, because we find answers within ourselves that lead us to make more assertive and authentic decisions, because we need to focus on what brings us peace independent of the external.

  2. Case 2: Are our decisions made because of the dependence we have for someone? In some moments of our life we can feel obliged to do things in exchange for something material or emotional. Sometimes, when we feel dependent on something or someone, we become submissive to the power of the other, therefore losing our identity and the respect that we have for ourselves. It is essential to evaluate if our actions come from our desire or from our need to fulfill certain obligations that have been created by the dependency.

Saying “NO” is essential in some cases for us to understand what we are creating in our lives, from reflection, and for starting our path of constructing peace through recognizing what our hearts needs for its purpose.

Rescuing our identity is the best way to tell ourselves that we accept ourselves and that we are willing to flow with everything we are, even if it implies the disapproval of the people we have as a priority in our lives, because, only then, we can create space for the true relationships that our heart desires to manifest (click here to read about constructivity of relationships).
