ENERGIZING: Present Construction

It’s always time to broaden our perception and know more about our own energetic processes, since, only who knows their own energy can make the most appropriate decisions to construct from their inner peace.

I’ve written this book during my own process of identifying what truly energizes me in the present and that, consequently, lead me to invest my energy the most appropriate way possible from my purpose of contributing as a social individual from my peace.

On these 18 pages, we find information we can integrate to become more conscious about our own energy, from our emotions to our nutrition.

By remembering that each of our decisions construct our destiny, we understand the importance of making decisions aligned to our peace, this way we all construct the world peace we want.

Potentiating Our Breathing

Version en español versão em portugues

Breathing is an essential part of our nutrition process, since the oxygen that goes into our lungs is transported to all the cells of our body, in order to do the cellular respiration process, that occurs in the mitochondria, and that, through the oxydation of the nutrients given to our bodies from our nutrition (click here to read about micronutrients and cell regeneration) produces the energy our body needs to keep our vital functions, and allow ourselves to take our creativity to action (click here to read about creativity from sublimation).

As we know our bodies better, we get to understand that there’s a more appropriate way of breathing in order to use 100% of our lung capacity, and increase our energy levels by eating just what is appropriate for us in our present moment (click here to read about nurtiring more by eating less). By following these simple steps we can potentiate our breathing process:

  1. Position: the most appropriate position for a more efficient breathing is being with our back straight, whether lying or sitting, with the shoulders open and the abdomen contracted.

  2. Inhalation: for a more efficient breathing, it is essential to inhale the air through the nose (for those who have had rhinitis and have gotten used to breathe throught the mouth, we gradually need to get used to breathe through the nose so the air can find its own way inside the nasal space click here to read about how I got rid of rhinitis), since our nose serve as a filter for the air we breathe.

  3. External movement: as the air enters the lungs, the external movement of expansion must begin in the upper abdomen (where the diaphragm is) and expand towards the sternum (expanding the chest and keeping the shoulders still), when the air comes out, the contraction movement begins in the sternum and ends in the upper abdomen.

  4. Exhalation: when we have totally expanded our sternum we can start exhaling slowly through the nose.

To increase our lung capacity, we can perform this complete nasal breathing by counting the seconds as we inhale, hold the air, exhale and wait to start the process again. As we increase the number of seconds in these processes, we perceive an increase in our tranquility and our personal and creative energy. The idea is to maintain this breath at all times, so we need to integrate this practice to perceive its effect in all areas of our lives.

Ángel

Celebrating Life

Version en español versão em portugues

Why do we expect to get sick to know more about habits to construct our cells? Why waiting for a special date to express what we feel or give our best to ourselves and the world? Why expressing something we don’t feel to someone if we can express what we really feel?

Let’s imagine that, instead of focusing on other people’s life to judge, compare or blame them, we are focused on constructing and being the most integral, respectful, coherent and transparent version of ouselves, WE ALWAYS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CELEBRATE LIFE AND TRANSFORM FROM THE ROOT WHAT MOTIVATES OURSELVES TO DECIDE ABOUT OUR OWN LIFE.

Today is my birthday, that, for me, is celebration of life, feeling grateful for everything because of the fact of having constructed the current version of myself, understanding that knowledge is infinite and that, integrated to my life, allows me to experience the fact of being alive as an even stronger connection to my own self and everything around me. My present for all of us today, is sharing a little of my experience about how to celebrate life in every single moment:

  1. Breathing: We need to oxygenate our cells all the time, the most appropriate way to do this is by doing deep diaphragmatic breathing (the lower part of the abdomen is contracted, the mouth closed, the air enters and the upper part of the abdomen expands first, then the chest. Every time we remember, we breathe and try to keep it all day long, so we remain calm and increase the response time to situations, because we think more clearly.

  2. Nutrition: It is essential to have a good nutrition in all respects, to nurture our sense of unity, our mind with knowledge about our talents and our personal development, our expression with more constructive words and gestures, and our integrity as social individuals..

  3. Physical Activity: We can do physical activity all day long by being aware of our movements, our muscles and our posture. Maintaining a straight posture (shoulders back, chest open, abdomen and lumbar contracted, hip aligned to the spine) to walk and sit, strengthens and allows us to be more aware about our body.

Exercising our presence in every moment, we celebrate life 24/7, I sing, dance, listen, embrace, speak, walk, create, and pay attention to my body, my emotions, my mind and my heart, because, this way, I celebrate its existence and tune in with everything around me (click here to know and buy the book 7 Levels for Personal Empowerment).

Sublimation of Our Experience 3: Creativity

Version en español versão em portugues

By subliming our mental reality (click here for reading the full article about sublimation of our mental reality),  we open up a door to connect ourselves to our creative energy, since when we flow along with our lives, we get to trust more on ourselves and on our capacities. Today, the main subject is the sublimation of our creative energy.

When we nourish an empowering reality, that reconnects ourselves with our trust within on ourselves and on our lives, we start integrating inner and outer information we receive in a more authentic way for expressing it, by questioning ourselves more about what comes to us, because we realize that we all are different and, at the same time, make all part of the collective reality that exists.

Now that we own a more constructive mental reality, and based on what is most appropriate for ourselves from our own experience, we are able to integrate some steps to increase our personal connection and let our creativity to flow, in every area of our lives.

  1. Hydration: Are we conscious about our bodies’ quality of hydration? Example: the water we consume must have essential minerals to hydrate ourselves, so we can mineralize the water we intake with marine salt and a little baking soda, and solarize it, for me the result has been great, my body works better and ask for less liquids during the day. Let’s make researches and try them with our own bodies.

  2. Nutrition: Do we eat to feed or nourishing ourselves? (Click here for reading full article about expanding our nutritional consciousness). Example: when we eat thinking just about balancing carbohydrates and proteins, we are ignoring minerals and vitamins, that are essential for the proper functionality of our bodies. I have stopped eating meat and dairy because I have realized that my intestine absorbs finctional nutrients better and I need to eat less to feel more energized and healthy.

  3. Breathing: Do we know the quality of our breathing? Example: our breathing gets shorter and we only use a part of our lung capacity to oxygenate our bodies. I have been integrated a deep diafragmatic breathing during the day and I have felt more connected and at peace.

  4. Cell regeneration: Do we sleep enough and give our bodies what they really need? Example: our bodies need certain time for regenerating and regulating themselves during sleep time, that is why it is so important to know how long we need to sleep in order to wake up energized. As I improve my nutrition, I realize that my body needs less time when I eat only what is necessary (click here for reading full article about cell regeneration).

By giving attention to our energetic levels, in an integrated way, we allow our creativity to easily flow at any present time.

The reflection for today is: Do we really investigate about the processes that allow us to expand our personal consciousness?

A hug,
Ángel
