Commitment

Commitment is an idea we can broaden to connect a lot more with our inner peace and build relationships more aligned to the confidence in ourselves, in the contribution and the social construction.

When we commit to something or someone, there is the possibility of stop being present for us by doing something related to it, since the fact of committing makes us feel obligated to always be there for that situation or person, even when there’s no way of contributing and we don’t feel peace.

The essential commitment to build from our inner peace must be with ourselves, with the peace we feel in the present about each person and situation, since this way we perceive that our decisions don’t depend on what we think about people or situations, but on our inner peace in the present, what includes what we are conscious about what we have perceived and what we’re not (click here to read about sincerity).

IDENTITY

When looking for answers, we can find information that seems more familiar according to our own experience, but, beyond what others are able to transmit, there is our own identity.

Our identity is the integration of our purpose of peace, the coherence between our sentiment of total peace, what we think and our expression. When we understand this, the certainty of belonging to ourselves, and to everything that already exists, strengthen our confidence in each one of the decisions we make from our own inner peace.

This book is a reflection to identify in ourselves our priorities of construction to live the peace we want in everything in our life.

Anticipating the Future

It is in the present that we can truly decide the thoughts we feed to express ourselves consequently. Each thought, emotion, word and action has an intention that comes from our belief system, an unconscious programming we have agreed with to satisfy the needs we have created in our experience.

When we start to relate with the world, our programming is present, our way of thinking, feeling, acting and expressing ourselves is influenced by it, what leads us to build from the familiarity of prioritizing our emotional pleasure.

Each emotion is fed by our present thoughts and our unconscious programming behind them, that which justifies them. This way we understand that in order to integrate the energy of our negative and positive emotions, it is essential to install beliefs that allow us to connect with our peace in the present.

Happiness in a belief system, could be sadness in other, the peace we feel in the present is a sign that we are doing our part, we respect every personal construction, we find our appropriate measure.

Integrated Cell Regeneration

Our level of peace set the level of cell regeneration in our body. Our moments of relaxation are necessary to create an appropriate environment for our cells to work in an appropriate way to keep our body in state of regeneration.

The energetic processes that occur in our body are influenced by the way we integrate to reality, when we are conscious about keeping our mind in a receptive state and from our peace we decide to integrate external information received, we express our essence with the purpose of strengthening the environment of regeneration in our body and our society.

By trusting ourselves to construct from our peace, we understand that our own truth connects us to the present moment of our society and leads us to create different ways of relating with ourselves and everything and everyone around.

Our cells respond to our personal state and to each decision we make, it depends on us to recognize our state of peace and make each decision only when it is aligned to it, in order to enhance our own cell regeneration.

Peace is a feeling we can be conscious about. It is always within and, when we perceive it, we are able to make decisions that truly resonate with it in our present.

As our peace vibrates and resonates with certain people, environments and situations, our thoughts and emotions vibrate too, therefore, it is essential to perceive what we’re prioritizing in our life.

Our peace can be constructed and maintained, in a conscious way, by always deciding to think, feel, say and do what truly resonates with it in the present. Our personal coherence strengthens our peace.

What do we feel when we think about peace? This answer is the guide of our decisions to build our inner peace and project it in our reality.

Conscious Intention of Peace

Our life is a manifestation of our mental programming and our peace. When we express something from positive or negative emotions, our mind activates itself to justify what we do and say, independent of the social perception about it.

When we understand that emotions exist because we strengthen them from our mental model, that may, or not, be aligned to our peace, it’s clear the fact that we can integrate our emotions within us, to perceive them and identify what we can align of our mental world, in a conscious way, to our integral peace.

Each emotion is expressed automatically because of the impulse of the moment, when we integrate our emotions we consciously build our feeling of peace, hence potentiating it and learning to act according to the present moment from our certainty of peace.

To integrate our emotions, beyond any name we have given to them, it is essential to feel them. We can do it by laying remembering everything we have lived, either what we consider positive or negative, perceiving the sensations in our body and letting them to flow to our heart to transform them into understanding about our peace.

This process is potentiated by focusing our thoughts, feelings, words and actions on it, and from the intention of assuming the responsibility for the way we express our essence and integrating our emotions in order to find the authentic ways in which we express our peace.

When we focus on integrity, we understand that we are more than we think, and from this we can learn, through our own experience, to act by integrating all we think, feel and express, so we can build our peace.

This process requires perceiving our thoughts, the sensations in our body, our words and acts the way they flow, integrating them with acceptance, as a way of expression learnt to live in a world of conflict in the most appropriate way for us, and channeling all to the expression with the intention of living in a world of peace.

We are ready for something when we have adjusted our mental, sentimental and expressive world, therefore, to live in peace, all our worlds must be aligned to our desire for peace.
