As human beings, we can perceive the incoherence present when peple don’t know what they want and, even though, they look for a false safety by controlling everything around. This way, different mecanisms to transmit a different image, from the real one, to other people, are acquired and the hipocresy of preaching but not doing is justfied.
All of us can transform ourselves, it’s a decision, there is the possibility of being a different, conscious and whole version of ourselves. This requires a lot of reflection, perception, transparency and exercise of our will, aligned to the purpose of integration and peace. Let’s see some useful aspects to exercise being the example we want from the world:
Transparency: by perceiving the decision we make when we respond, we can understand how we react to transform the way we express ourselves. We can answer with the truth or not answering at all, it is always our decision (click here to read about exercising transparency)
Neutrality: we always have the option to focus on our own process, to build, to work, to nourish ourselves, then, is it necessary to dedicate our time and energy to judge or criticize, positively or nagatively? No, and the time and energy we save is welcome in our personal projects (click here to read about neutrality)
Respect: acceptance and knowledge allow us to learn to respect ourselves from the basics of the nutrition of our body, our relationship with ourselves and our relationship with the world and with others (click here to read about respect).
Coherence: we say that it is important to be coherent, but, are we coherent with what we feel, think, say and do?, remember that coherence is only achieved through integrity and self-knowledge, because the only thing we really want is to build peace from within, to achieve te experience of integration of our truth with the truth of others, aligned to the context. (click here to read about coherence)
By listening, perceiving and integrating ourselves, to everything and everyone, as social individuals, we align ourselves to the peace we all desire, and that can only be experienced in society when we feel it within and learn how to express it (click here to read about peace).
It is a natural process desiring to make decisions from our personal experience, but when we take a long-term observational stance, we discover relevant aspects of construction and destruction that can happen when we make certain decisions.
Neutrality is finding the point of observation where we can question everything we feel, think and express, it is the process to recognize that to construct our peace inside, and manifest it on the outside, it is essential to put the certainty of our heart into action (click here to read about manifesting the truth of our heart). As we are 100% responsible for what happens to us, because we create from our thoughts, feelings and expression, we can understand that by connecting with neutrality we are building from integration, because we can perceive that we are cells that are part of a whole, and that we can transform everything that exists in our society, that continues to generate more of the same.
Let’s analyze the following aspects within our personal construction, to identify the decisions and beliefs that have led us to build the reality we live and, thus, be able to understand the way to connect to the neutrality we want to construct from now on:
We feel circumstances are unfair: it is time to question whether we are being unfair to ourselves or to others, remember that our attitudes in one area of our lives can be manifested in another we give more relevance to, then, let’s analyze all the situations of injustice that we can be exercising, as it would be to act unconsciously and selfishly with people and the environment (click here to read about reflections on relationships).
We feel that there’s no recognition: having the idea of division, judgments and comparisons are present, when we understand that, as cells, each one of us has its talent, and that our real authenticity allows us to function in a complete way, we understand that recognition is something we do within ourselves and that, as we strengthen from neutrality our talents integrated into the context, we learn to recognize that each cell is doing its part, and the idea of external recognition becomes unnecessary. (click here to read about deserving).
We want to stand out: when we are in contributive mode, we understand that to excel to leave a legacy is an attitude of segregation, because for that we become destructive competitive cells, by just thinking about our prominence (think of it as a tumor) and automatically encourage the emergence of people who need someone to follow, because they don’t connect to their own selves. When we contribute, we work on our talents and transmit them to be able to integrate them with the environment we are in, we can change the world by constructing it from contribution (click here to read about constructing peace from consciousness).
We feel we don’t trust ourselves: this feeling exists because we have been used to believing more in others than in ourselves. To transform this, we need to know ourselves and invest our resources in working our talents and integrate them, in a neutral way, to our environment. The more confidence we build in ourselves, the greater the impact of our actions. Let’s assume responsibility and work to become more integral every day, That is how we build our personal confidence and trust in the world, and in life (click here to read about building personal respect).
Let’s remember that everything is always in harmony, so if we focus our energy on a polarity, its other side manifests itself in our life to balance what we are creating, so, let’s create from neutrality, from the idea that we are all capable of taking on our responsibility to be more conscious and integral beings and, that way, we can construct by focusing on the transformation of polarity into neutrality of all systems, from the vision of experiencing authenticity in unity.
Everything is energy. With this phrase we easily understand how our creation works as social individuals. In times of competitiveness in sports, politics, opinions, etc., we perceive that neither of the two extremes is right or wrong, each part has important points that we must consider to build in a solid way with the same purpose: focusing our energy (attention, thoughts, words, actions, feelings) in building an integral society, in which the conscious meritocracy and the contribution are the foundation (click here to read about helping and contributing).
According to the Oxford dictionary, harmony is the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole. From this definition we can perceive that que reason for one extreme to exist is its opposite (click here to read about polarities), hence the importance of building as close as possible to neutrality. How do we do that? Simple, we can put into practice the following actions in our own experience:
- Discovering our talents: we are all born with some talent, is what we do naturally well and keeps us in a state of flux, calm and creating..
- Developing and contextualizing our talents: when we have discovered our talents, it’s necessary to develop them and integrate them into the social context we’re in, maintaining our common purpose.
- Contributing: as we specialize, we understand that it is essential to contribute with our intention, because every thought, feeling, word and action focused on the common purpose allows us to build efficiently and sustainably.
- Allowing communication to flow: with a common purpose, communication focused on expanding perspectives must flow to consciously integrate the most appropriate possibilities for the moment.
- Flexibility: every purpose must be adjusted, because we are all in constant transformation, so as we become more aware we perceive that we need to be flexible to integrate new elements and even discard what is unnecessary for our purpose.
May our words be to build and suggest from our own wisdom (knowledge and experience), may our talents be at the service of everything that exists, may the responsibility for our own energy be assumed and we trust the fact that we’re all committed from our heart to integrity, transparency, respect and coherence (click here to read about our coherence).
