ENERGIZING: Present Construction

It’s always time to broaden our perception and know more about our own energetic processes, since, only who knows their own energy can make the most appropriate decisions to construct from their inner peace.

I’ve written this book during my own process of identifying what truly energizes me in the present and that, consequently, lead me to invest my energy the most appropriate way possible from my purpose of contributing as a social individual from my peace.

On these 18 pages, we find information we can integrate to become more conscious about our own energy, from our emotions to our nutrition.

By remembering that each of our decisions construct our destiny, we understand the importance of making decisions aligned to our peace, this way we all construct the world peace we want.

Constructive Mind: 4 steps to reprogram our thoughts

Version en español versão em portugues

For being conscious about our expression (gestures, words, actions, emotions) the first step is exercising the mental presence, which we get through the integration of our perception of the world and our attention, as we read and practice at the post 4 steps to keep our minds in the present (click here to read the full article).

When our minds are present, we can focus them on our own construction, but, how can that be useful? Easy, let’s start working on it by parts. On this post, we’ll understand how to use the present mind for reprograming our own thoughts, since they are responsible for one third of our humor and energy level (for the other two thirds our perception and our expression).

All of us have grown up in different environments and, unconsciously, we are constantly subjected to information that makes us focus on the “destructive” side of life. And, as it is what we receive most, we see that our conversations with people become a fertile field for us to talk about others, complain, feel sorry, quoting tragedies, in short, talking about something we’re not able to transform. And that, efectively, influence our humor and energy.

Let’s focus our attention on how tuning in, consciously, with the constructive side of life for reprograming our thoughts (click here to read about empowering habits). Let’s follow these 3 steps daily until we integrate them to our habits:

  1. Looking for constructive information sources to replace destructive information. Through the internet, television, people we interact with, etc. For example, instead of looking up for what’s bad for our bodies, looking up for what’s good.
  2. Perceiving the thoughts that appear during the day. If they makes us feel worried, anxious or any destructive sensation let’s find constructive personal motives to resignify them. For example, I think I need money to pay a bill, I see I can organize a raffle, do an extra job or sell something no longer useful and I realize I can get the money, then I focus my thoughts on the action that I’m going to take to get the right amount, maybe I could get more.
  3. Focusing our thoughts on ourselves, and the projects we’re involved in, since is where we can, efectively, take responsibility for the transformation. Why thinking on the motives of other people, that are their own responsability, if we can use this time to expand our consciousness and construct ourselves? Let’s think about it.
  4. Finding, at least once a day, a place where we admire everything we perceive with our senses, and we feel calm, and think about every constructive thing we have experienced and how we can integrate that into our lives, into our projects.

It’s our decision to choose what we want to connect ourselves to (click here to read about connecting to our hearts). The more people aware of their own lives and willing to contribute in an assertive way, the better results we have reforming the world we live in, building every day with more assertiveness and innovating to transform whatever is necessary.  I choose to connect myself to everything that contributes to my integrity to transform the world with the contribution of everyone and everything around me, what about you?

Let’s share this easy method with people who want to recover their energy and feel empowered.

Sublimation of Our Experience 4: Sex

Version en español versão em portugues

We have already understood how our creatve energy is essential in our reconnective process (click here to read the article about sublimation of the creative energy),  now we are able to integrate it to the sublimation of sex.

Sexual energy is also creative energy that, when sublimated in a constructive way, connects ourselves to our essence through love. Our sexual energy is connected to attraction processes in our own perceptions, that are able to strengthen connections through our emotional, mental and/or physical world. As we read in sublimation of our mental reality (click here to read full article) we onle perceive the thing we pay attention to, so, as we know ourselves better, through our own experiences, we have the option of expanding our own personal consciousness, in order to learn to connet to our own personal signs, and, that way, in a more assertive way to the world.

By recognizing how our emotions, thoughts and perceptions influence the way we experience our sexual energy, we can follow 3 simple steps to sublimate it in a constructive way and in harmony with everything and everyone around us.

  1. Let’s ask ourselves: What motives lead us to live our sexuality as we have decided to experiences it? What do we feel and think after a sexual act or an orgasm? Example: my motive to iniciate my sexual life was low self-esteem, I always thought that sex was a way of controlling my partner to have him by my side. While I had that thought it was common for me to feel in pain and empty, as if I lacked something I could not find outside myself, I often felt tired, as if I had no energy, but I thought that was normal.

  2. Having our destructive thoughts, and emotions, identified, we can work on them by transforming them into constructive actions that empower ourselves. Example: By doing my own reasearch I realize that it wasn’t normal to feel the way I felt, so I started reading about diverse issues and feeling more my own self every moment, the consciousness about my own seual energy expanded itself and now I perceive that it not only a matter of my emotional, physical and mental worlds, but it is also about my sentimental world and the emotional, physical, mental and sentimental worlds of the person I allow myself to establish a relationship in that level.

  3. Let’s focus our energy on our present and learn something new about ourselves and the ways of having a more constructive impact on our own relationships through our personal interaction integrated to our inner signs.

Today’s reflaction is: Do we focus our sexual energy by personal convictions or for pleasing others?

Ángel
