Life is, basically, a game in which we learn the basic rules of the place we’re in, in order to “fit” in the present model. When we think about that as a puzzle, it’s like trying to place a piece by forcing it where it doesn’t fit naturally, at the end it manifests incoherence. When we start questioning ourselves about everything in our lives, we perceive that there are game strategies that allow us to know ourselves deeply, so we can really fit in that puzzle in infinite expansion, then the result is coherent.
By using the concept of the puzzle in our lives, we can perceive that we have many possibilities of forcefully fitting our own pieces, everything we are, either because of the power of our mind or the unconscious patterns we carry, but only one way of fitting everything naturally: building up from whatever potentiates our peace.
Then, here are some actions we can integrate to our lives, to inspire integrity from our example, for us who want to build a coherent, transparent and sustainable society from integrity:
Authenticity: being authentic goes beyond what is evident, is truly knowing ourselves, understanding what truly potentiates our inner peace and put it into practice, to build from our talents integrated to our personality, the appropriate way of contributing in this moment, stopping following models to start following our heart.
Contribution: by exercising our authenticity, we understand that competition becomes obsolete, since we learn to build our own dreams without the need for winning or desiring the same that other people, this is the way we truly contribute, we just do what’s necessary from the certainty of who we are from our essence (click here to read about integration of our essence).
Expression: as we contribute from our authenticity, we perceive the importance of adjusting our personal expression. The way we think and feel is so aligned and coherent that when we make a gesture, take action or express any word in disalignment to them, we perceive there are other ways we need to seek and exercise to give coherence and power to what we transmit, specially when we are conscious about the importance of being the example of what we want to build up as society.
The most important rule of the game of life is: thought, feeling and expression must be aligned to a purpose, it’s up to us to decide to do it from our purpose of peace (click here to read about activating our purpose mode).
Everything is energy. With this phrase we easily understand how our creation works as social individuals. In times of competitiveness in sports, politics, opinions, etc., we perceive that neither of the two extremes is right or wrong, each part has important points that we must consider to build in a solid way with the same purpose: focusing our energy (attention, thoughts, words, actions, feelings) in building an integral society, in which the conscious meritocracy and the contribution are the foundation (click here to read about helping and contributing).
According to the Oxford dictionary, harmony is the quality of forming a pleasing and consistent whole. From this definition we can perceive that que reason for one extreme to exist is its opposite (click here to read about polarities), hence the importance of building as close as possible to neutrality. How do we do that? Simple, we can put into practice the following actions in our own experience:
- Discovering our talents: we are all born with some talent, is what we do naturally well and keeps us in a state of flux, calm and creating..
- Developing and contextualizing our talents: when we have discovered our talents, it’s necessary to develop them and integrate them into the social context we’re in, maintaining our common purpose.
- Contributing: as we specialize, we understand that it is essential to contribute with our intention, because every thought, feeling, word and action focused on the common purpose allows us to build efficiently and sustainably.
- Allowing communication to flow: with a common purpose, communication focused on expanding perspectives must flow to consciously integrate the most appropriate possibilities for the moment.
- Flexibility: every purpose must be adjusted, because we are all in constant transformation, so as we become more aware we perceive that we need to be flexible to integrate new elements and even discard what is unnecessary for our purpose.
May our words be to build and suggest from our own wisdom (knowledge and experience), may our talents be at the service of everything that exists, may the responsibility for our own energy be assumed and we trust the fact that we’re all committed from our heart to integrity, transparency, respect and coherence (click here to read about our coherence).
Many of us believe that we deserve respect because we are always respectful, but, what is respect? Curiously, it can be something that comes from consideration or fear, then, we can understand that it is necessary to work a respect for consideration more than for fear, because when we respect by fear we are connecting to the external and, mentally, we can find more easily justify ourselves to commit a lack of respect, above all if it is to free ourselves from fear. When we respect by consideration we connect to acceptance within ourselves, we understand that all life deserves respect and that we can learn to expand that consideration from the inside out. (Click here to read the article about personal respect and boundaries).
Respect for consideration begins within us, we will only become good by respecting everyone, and everything around us, as we practice self-respect, for our principles, our thoughts, feelings, words and actions, and for the fact of being human beings part of a humanity. Today we’ll see some points that may be useful for exercising internal respect to generate respect from consideration (click here to read the personal approval article).
TALENTS: We all have unique talents, but we often disrespect those talents in pursuit of money. We can find more appropriate ways to respect what we have, by offering our talents to the people around us, we get to know what makes us unique, and we begin to construct on solid foundations (click here to read the article on integrating the self into social context).
PRINCIPLESS: Throughout our lives we may have had moments when we were presented with opportunities that seemed interesting, but when we went into them, and knew better, we realized that there were variables that were not aligned to our principles. This can happen in all our relationships, so it is important that we know what we need and express it clearly, as well as research well if we are really excited to be part of something. LET’S QUESTION OURSELVES.
PRIORITIES: We often spend our lives at the extreme of prioritization, either we prioritize our lives totally or that of others, but we need to evaluate more consciously what is priority in our lives as self-sufficient beings to live the life we want and thus cultivate a respect for our life project and the one of the people around us.
- WORD: It is essential that we keep our word, if we commit ourselves to do what has been agreed upon, this is one of the most important resources on respect at all levels. CLARITY.
These 4 aspects are an easy way to exercise respect for ourselves, as we become more aware of each of the aspects that make us human beings, more certainty arises about what we want in our life because it construct ourselves. I decide to exercise my personal respect and take this to the world, what about you?
